We at THE LYADH GANJ have taken the Swiss fondue and made it DESI. Dishes like Dhungaari Dal Makhani Fondue, the Murgh Bhatti Bharta Fondue, and the Rarah Meat Fondue explain our chef’s innovative and unique culinary acumen and Indian traditional cooking styles.

Another of our mixologist’s impeccable skills is when he took inspiration from the iconic Paramount Daab Sharbat of North Kolkata and the Cuban Special Mojito to shake up our most famous DAAB SHARBAT MOJITO, an all-natural and refreshing summer thirst quencher.

Everything from the decor to the service was excellent. All the food items were superb.The penne pasta in pink sauce, bhetki florentine, grilled chicken steak and Thai green curry were, especially, outstanding. Owner Akanksha Pandey Madam and Manager Mr Sinchan Mukherjee were most attentive. Bartender Tapan made great cocktails. The starters and dinner were just superb. Really well cooked, really tasty,  and exotic. The sound system and music were great. Even the washrooms were beautifully done up, and absolutely spotless. The overall decor of the restaurant  was very beautiful,  and the floral decorations we had ordered were perfect.  Everywhere there was attention to detail, right down to the arrangement of the cutlery and the beautiful flavours of the 2 Sheeshas.

I highly recommend The Lyadh Gunj for Parties, or simply for dining out. Thank you Akanksha Ma'am,  thank you Mr Sinchan. We will be back. And soon!
